IN THE BEDROOM
Talk, talk, talk. The
most important word in any relationship. Share your most intimate
thoughts. Don’t take it personally, but if your partner happens to say
something that you really didn’t want to hear. Talk about it. Calmly.
Let yourself really hear what your partner is saying.
Words are like a two edge sword.
They can and will cut to the bone. Every word that spoken in anger will ring in your partners ears for years to come. Speak softly and watch not only what you say . Watch how you say it.
As Dr. Phil says “don’t be a right fighter”. Don’t let
your pride interfere with your relationship. Take every step that you
can to insure that all goes well. Set back and look at how thing really
are. Look at from both sides.
Watch a gooey romantic movie.
Find one that you both love almost to the point that you know almost
all the lines. Bring in some nice wine and cheese. Toast your favorite
parts.
Learn to give a massage . Teach your partner to give
you a massage. Then give each other a head to toe massage. Try warming
oils, scented , candles. Keep trying different thing until you find
something you both like. Play some soft music (after the movie), like
classical, folk, jazz, rock, whatever you like to set the mood.
Dance.
There isn’t much more romantic than to hold your partner in your arms
and dance the night away. Dance in the moonlight, dance with the lights
off or on, dance in front of a mirror, dance naked, dance with candle
light. Pleasure to the touch and appreciate the differences in each
others movements and touch.
Each night as you drift off to
sleep, whisper your love to your partner. And tell them that they are
what makes the sun shine and the earth turn. Wish them all the best in
life. Wish them health, wealth and total wellbeing. Whisper your most
intimate feelings and desires.
Have a pillow fight!
wrestle, Push, shove, tickle, kiss,. Give and take, learn to enjoy the
surrender. Don’t hit to hard. This is for fun. Not to knock their block
off. (LOL).
Make your bedroom a sanctuary. A haven of love,
peace, pleasure and compassion. Make it a sacred space where you go
for solace , rest and rejuvenation. Have your room with pictures,
comforter, bed and surroundings reflect the love you share. Share your
most intimate self with your partner.
Cuddle
in the silence of the minute. Or while talking, lie face to face, side
by side, back to back, front to back . Hold hands or holding each
other. Feel the heat from your partners body. Take a nap holding each
other.
